Old Florida Beach is a community of beachfront and beach-access, single-family homes. The size and layout recall Grayton Beach, as does the village's layout with lake frontage to the west. Unlike Grayton Beach, however, this community is exclusively residential and gated for low traffic and high privacy. Residents share a centrally located pool.

Old Florida Village is located just inland with beach access and tall, Old-Florida-style homes situated around a common square.
