Famous for its gulf-front inn, architecture and neighborhoods, WaterColor Inn and Resort overlooks more than one quarter mile of preserved dunes and sugar-white beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Nearly 500 acres take the collection of neighborhoods deep into the woods, with footpaths crossing lakes and connecting each common area to the beach.

More than half the resort is dedicated to natural, open spaces, including a rare and pristine dune lake available exclusively to residents and guests for canoeing, kayaking and fishing.
