At the heart of the extended 30-A community is Santa Rosa Beach, one of the oldest villages between Destin and Panama City. Taking its name from an old plantation and turpentine production, Santa Rosa Beach is now a mixed-use area of private residences, condominiums, cottages, art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.
