Investing In You

The average rental contract is a 70/30 split.  The average owner spends zero on Sales and Marketing of their unit. A common assumption is that the 30% management fee is used exclusively for Sales and Marketing, but providing expected and exceptional guest service is multifaceted.

Secure a reservation and call it into our office, and you automatically make an additional 10% on top of your current income.  Beach Rentals of South Walton will still take care of the deposits, confirmations, check-in and guest service, all the way through check out to ensure the guest has the vacation of a lifetime.



FAQ

If I send you a booking do I get a referral? Yes! Beach Rentals of South Walton pays owners a 10% commission on all owner referral reservations that are not discounted more than 25%.

Is there a way to view bookings online? Yes. Each owner with Beach Rentals of South Walton has a username and password which allows them access to view their calendar, view past monthly statements AND book reservations online!

How will I receive my rental income? You can choose to receive your rental income by check or direct deposit!

When will I receive my rental income? Beach Rentals of South Walton strives to send out all checks and/or direct deposits by the 10th of every month.

Will Sterling Resorts pay taxes on my behalf? Absolutely! Beach Rentals of South Walton handles all appropriate taxes on behalf of all our owners.

What if my guests need to reach someone after hours? Beach Rentals of South Walton offers a 24/7 Reservation line at 1-866-5RESORT. We also offer a 24/7 Push to Chat link on our website www.brswvacations.com.

Are there other ways to earn extra CASH with Sterling Resorts? YES! Owners can join our Refer-A-Friend Program! When your friends and neighbors sign up with Beach Rentals of South Walton you will automatically qualify to receive $500 cash. We understand that our homeowners are essential to our continued success.  This is just a way to say we acknowledge and appreciate the continued support.
