The master bedroom features a queen bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room – accommodating up to eight guests.
Renovations include new paint throughout; refurbished cabinets and new kitchen appliances; new beds and bedding in each bedroom and new living room furniture; new blinds and lighting. There are three new HDTVs – one in each bedroom and one in the living room, DVD players, wireless internet access and a wireless printer. The expansive south-facing balcony offers a gulf view and is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening while you watch the most amazing sunsets in the world.
It’s just a 5 minute stroll to the white sugar sand of the beautiful Emerald Coast where you can soak up the sun, swim or use the 2 complimentary kayaks provided with your condo rental. Walk another 5 minutes to Deer Lake Wildlife Reserve, a natural undeveloped state park and amazing coastal habitat. The community pool is perfect for a dip after a day at the beach.The condo also has 2 complimentary bikes available so you can enjoy the 19 mile, paved bike path that leads you to neighboring communities like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, and Rosemary.
